A/ Ordering your new spectacles or clip-on's couldn't be easier. Use the Home page to select the appropriate eye condition and learn about the filters and view the eyewear styles – then click on ‘I’m ready to order’ and here you enter the secure online shop and,

1. Select your currency.
2. Select the eye condition to display the filters that apply to you.
3. Select the filter you require
4. Select whether you require a distance, reading or no prescription at all
5. Confirm which eyewear style you require
6. Complete your details and checkout

You will receive an email confirming your order.
If you are having prescription glasses made up, follow the instructions provided in the 'Can they be made to my prescription' section.

A/ Various shapes and sizes available for use over your own prescription glasses. To ensure correct fit, draw around your glasses by placing them face down on paper. Using a black pen trace around the edge. Post or Fax, along with a copy of the email we send you once your on-line order is acknowledged Click above on ‘Contact us' for our post or fax details.

A/ If you would like prescription glasses either for distance, reading, bifocals or varifocals, simply follow the following procedure:

•  Complete the order online
•  Email, fax or post a copy of your latest prescription (this should be    no more than 2 years old) along with a copy of the confirmation    email you receive once your on-line order is acknowledged
•  If you are using your own frame, enclose this along with the    prescription
•  If you are using one of our frame styles, we will send the empty    frame, along with a dispensing form for you to take to a qualified    Dispensing Optician or Optometrist
•  This way if the frame is not suitable for you it can be    exchanged
•  It allows for the measurements needed to accurately    make the  glasses, to be carefully and professionally    recorded
•  MediView pays the optician for their time, not you!
•  Then return the frame and form to us in the box you received it in
•  When they are ready, we send the completed spectacles to the    optician who will fit them to you

All spectacles are made to meet quality controls set out by BSI.

A/ In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we offer the following guarantee within 28 days of order or despatch (whichever is longer): 
•  For non-prescription orders either a refund or free exchange for an alternative frame or filter 

•  For custom made clip-ons, either a 50% refund or free exchange for an alternative filter


•  For custom made prescription lens orders, either a 50% refund or free exchange for an alternative filter, or free exchange for a clear/untinted pair


All returns for refund or exchange must be in perfect condition using an insured mail service – postage paid. No responsibility can be taken for lost or damaged goods returned to MediView. 


All MediView products are guaranteed for one year from the date of despatch against manufacturing faults

A/ To check the cost, it is best to click on ‘Shop Online' and proceed to select the filter, frame or clip-on, prescription or non-prescription options to arrive at a total cost for your particular selection.

The eyewear style prices are listed next to their photos, the filter costs £35 and if you need them made to your prescription, the option of distance or reading prescription lenses adds £49, or £69 for bifocals or varifocals.
